I’m A Real Estate Guide! (And a Realtor)

Real estate today is the “Wild, Wild West”! I guide people past the confusion, to achieve their dreams. For homeowners in trouble, I lead them toward the solution to their problems. It’s what I do.

“Help!”

 No one hangs a sign out saying, “I’m worried about my mortgage”. Or, “I’m under-water, and I don’t know if I can keep making these payments.” Or, “I just don’t know what to do!”

 What families need, more than anything else, is good, honest, comprehensive advice. They need help to understand exactly what their situation is, which options are available, and a plan to protect their futures. Making the wrong choices, or ignoring the situation, can lead to legal, tax and financial damage for years – even decades – to come.

 A homeowner in mortgage trouble needs to understand that he or she did not get there alone. The real estate bubble of the past several years was caused by many factors, including governmental policies, and banks’ and lenders’ liberal loan programs. The risk was taken by all, and the homeowner need not be the only one to bear the burden. There is no reason that she and her family must be “indentured servants” indefinitely, to the financial industry – sacrificing their children’s educations, and the family’s hopes and dreams. It is not reasonable to lose everything, including the future, for one bad business decision.

The morality of remaining in indefinite (or permanent) financial bondage is a topic to be seriously considered and discussed. (Indeed, even the Bible has procedures for forgiveness of financial and property debt.)
